Our homes provide you with exceptional quality and a more manageable amount of space. Our 2 bedroom homes are 1470 sq ft plus a 650 sq ft attached garage. Our 3 bedroom homes are 1740 sq ft plus a 650 sq ft attached garage. You will own a beautiful home with less area to care for, lower utilities and worry free maintenance.
Our homes are designed to allow people to live in a barrier free environment. So if you are ever in a wheelchair or walker you can move freely throughout your home. Attached secure double garages. We have assembled different finish combinations for you to choose from. These combinations also offer buyers a choice of price.
Our homes are built to the highest specifications for thermal insulation wall construction, roof insulation and triple pane thermal windows and doors.
